Maria Elena Bello
Maria Elena Bello, born on April 18, 1967, in the United States is an actor as well as a writer, producer, and director. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (99), Coyote Ugly 2000, The Cooler 2003, A History of Violence 2005, The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor 2008, Grown Ups (2011), Prisoners (2013) and Lights Out (2016) were only some of her film roles. Bello has appeared on television as Dr. Anna Del Amico (1997-1998), along with other roles that featured her as the star, such as Michelle McBride (2016 season) and Jacqueline Sloane (2017-2021) on NCIS. Bello was the child of Kathy Bello (a teacher and school nurse) and Joe Bello (a contractor). Bello was born in Norristown on April 18, 1967. Bello was a student of political science at Villanova University. Following graduation, Bello honed her acting skills in a number of New York theater productions. Bello was married to Dan McDermott and has a son who is named Jackson. In November 2013, Bello wrote about her first partner Clare Munn's same-sex relationship. She published a book titled Whatever...Love Is a Love: Questioning All the Labels That We Put on Ourself. (Dey Street Books. April 28 in 2015).
